  • Book a free boxing class on our site and come by at your scheduled time. You’ll meet the coaches, try out a class, and decide if you want to join as a member, or come back for drop-in classes.

  • Yes! We encourage everyone to try a class first and see how they feel after. Your first class is free, just use the Free Class/ Gym Tour button on our site to schedule your first class.

  • All you will need are athletic shoes and a water bottle to join us for class. We have gel style hand wraps and gloves for you to use while at the gym.

  • Plan to arrive 10-15 mins early for your first class. That gives you enough time to meet the coaches, gear up, and sign the safety waiver.

  • No, you don’t have to be a member to take classes! We have a drop-in class rate of $30. Class Membership is the best value if you want to take more classes. We also offer personal lessons with whichever coach you connect with, price breakdown is at the front desk inside.

  • Yes! We understand life can get hectic. Just contact a team member to enter a pause in your membership. Let us know the period of time you will be away, before your next bill.

  • No experience needed! If you are a beginner in boxing, we are happy to teach you. We are dedicated to teaching the science of boxing to all who are interested. You don’t have to be a certain skill level. We will teach you the fundamentals and more advanced skills when you are ready.

  • 9 years old is the age to join class. Private lessons may be booked for younger children, speak with a team member for more info.

  • Not at all! If you don’t want to train towards competitive sparring (full contact), you don’t have to. We have a class for those interested in sparring competitively: Boxing 202. Sparring is only allowed under coach supervision, once you have properly joined Boxing 202.

  • No, you don’t need boxing gloves to get started! We have boxing gloves for you to use while you’re in the gym, and we have some membership plans that come with your own pair of new boxing gloves to keep.

  • You can bring a friend! Some memberships will come with monthly buddy passes, and we have day gym passes for friends after that. $15 for a day pass, $20 to drop-in class when you come with a gym member.

  • Yes, boxing is one of the most effective workouts for weight loss. It combines high-intensity cardio, full-body strength training, and calorie-burning movement, making it a powerful way to shed pounds and build lean muscle.

  • Learning the basics of boxing, which are footwork, punches, & defense, can take a few weeks to a couple of months with consistent training. However, mastering technique, speed, and strategy is a lifelong process.
    Progress depends on how often you train, your fitness level, and your dedication. Even beginners can see major improvements in coordination, endurance, and confidence within the first few months.

  • No! Boxing is for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Training will help you build the strength, endurance, and coordination over time.
    Beginners start at their own pace, and workouts can be modified to match your abilities. The best way to get in shape for boxing is to start boxing!

  • Boxing is all about hands, head movement, and footwork. It’s a sport of precision. You’re working angles, slipping punches, and throwing powerful, technical combos.
    Kickboxing, on the other hand, brings in kicks, knees, and sometimes elbows, making it a full body striking style.

    Both are killer workouts, but boxing hones in on speed, power, and defensive skill in a way that kickboxing doesn’t. If you want to sharpen your hands, build real fight IQ, and develop serious endurance, boxing is where it’s at.
