Strength, Stretch, and Tone (SST)

Tues and Thurs - 9am-10am

Build muscle, burn calories and increase your strength with this fun, interactive class. After warming up the body to increase core temperature, class will include a short cardio segment followed by muscle specific strength exercises, as well as core work, and stretching.

Pilates/Barre Fusion

Mon - 5:15pm-6pm

Boxing Footwork
